Afinal as despedidas custam sempre. O blog vai parar. Foram dez anos de muitas partilhas, aprendizagens e amizades. Conheci pessoas maravilhosas e ,felizmente, tive também o carinho dos seguidores que sempre me motivaram e incentivaram a continuar. No entanto, tudo tem um fim e chegou a vez deste cantinho. Todavia não o vou desativar. Utilizei agulhas nº 4 e fiz a seguinte distribuição:</p><p style="text-align: justify;">-12 pontos ( marcador); 6 pontos ( marcador); 20 pontos ( marcador); 6 pontos ( marcador); 12 pontos ( total= 56 pontos).</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Aumenta-se um ponto antes e depois do marcador . Deixar repousar 15 minutos.</p><p>Acrescentar o restante açúcar , os ovos , a manteiga e a farinha e bater 30 seg/ vel 4 e 5 minutos vel Espiga.</p><p>Deixar descansar até que a massa dobre de volume.</p><p>Dividir a massa em três pedaços ( para três ensaimadas) e esticar cada pedaço muito bem, numa superfície untada com azeite. Se a massa ficar com alguns buracos, não há problema. Enquanto a massa coze, preparamos o recheio:</p><p>-Num wok colocar um pouco de azeite, a cebola às rodelas finas , os alhos picados e o bacon e refogar um pouco até que a cebola fique melada. Adicione as farinhas, o fermento, o sumo e a raspa do limão.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Bata as claras em castelo e envolva- as delicadamente. Verta a massa num tabuleiro untado e forrado com papel vegetal também untado.
